2024 Edition – Scaling Impact Through Mentorship and Career Guidance

Our 2024 Academic Success Mentorship and Career Guidance Program built upon the success of the previous year, reaching even more students with life-changing support. This year, we worked with 356 final-year students from multiple senior high schools in the Upper East Region, strengthening our commitment to education, empowerment, and transition support.

The sessions addressed students’ academic anxieties, career indecision, and limited access to reliable mentorship. By introducing interactive sessions and testimonies from professionals and alumni, students were encouraged to envision possibilities beyond graduation, particularly in STEM, entrepreneurship, and vocational pathways.

New to this year’s edition was a tailored session on digital tools for academic and career planning, aligning with our push for digital literacy among youth. Our team also followed up with participating schools to assess outcomes and offer continued support through resource packs and virtual mentoring options.

We are grateful to our dedicated volunteers, school partners, and donors who made this possible. The impact of the 2024 program is already evident in the stories and feedback from students who now feel more equipped to make informed decisions about their futures.
